Will "X" be back in stock?

Yep! Aside from items in the clearance section, everything else will be restocked ASAP. Sometimes it takes me a little while after an event to rebuild stock or I need to order more supplies. Feel free to shoot me a message though and I put it at the top of my restock list and try to let you know when it's back in stock

Do you ship to countries other than the US?

Just Canada currently. International pricing and time tends to vary more, especially right now due to COVID. I'm hoping to expand international shipping in 2021. Follow my social media or sign up for e-mail updates to find out when international shipping is open!

I'm not "out" is your packaging discreet?

Absolutely! All items ship in plain white or tan packaging with no branding. The return address is listed as "Jasper Q Gear." Orders do come with a business card inside. Please e-mail me if you still have an concerns, your safety is the most important thing!

Can the hats get wet? Can I clean them?

All snapback hats feature custom printed fabric brims and permanent heat transfer vinyl. They can definitely get wet and you can use water and mild soap to clean them. Don't throw them in the washing machine, though, as this will affect the shape of the hat
